Last night, the wife and I watched Blood Diner for the first time. Finally, we get to see the film that Dana and Dead Pit have championed.
What a bizaare, crazy-ass film. It reminded me of Herschell Gordon Lewis on crack.
Of course, we loved every second of it!

James, I am so glad that you and Abby enjoyed the film! "Hershell Gordon Lewis on crack" that is a great representation of Blood Diner, lol! I do have to give credit to Deadpit for getting me interested enough to want to watch the film in the first place. To see this film is ultimately to love it!

What can people not find to love about Blood Diner? Its got every element you want in an 80s goofy cheesefest plus a good deal of blood, guts, and people dressing up as Hitler. I really love the uncle in the jar. Everyone should have a relative like that!

This makes our list of movies to watch at least annually. It's movies like Blood Diner that I live for. Off-the-wall movies that don't fit into one specific genre such as TerrorVision, Motel Hell, Slumber Party Massacre 2 and Killer Klowns From Outer Space.

Just on a slight aside I've been trying to track down Blood Feast, which is still connected to this thread in a way (I go on a Herschell Gordon Lewis kick every once in a while). Why are both that film and Blood Diner now seemingly like hen's teeth? Very annoying! You can view online ofcourse, like everything else if you want to look, but hard copies are few and far between it seems.
